The Milton Keynes Community Cardio-pulmonary Group works to support Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehabilitation.
Your donation will help promote the health and wellbeing of people living within the City of Milton Keynes and the surrounding area who have an established diagnosis of heart disease and/or pulmonary disease by providing facilities for condition-specific monitored exercise in a safe, friendly and supportive environment.
We value every donation we receive to help us continue to provide our support and services to people of Milton Keynes and the surrounding area with a heart or lung condition..

Setting up a regular donation is the most efficient way to donate and helps us to plan ahead.
