Welcome to the Milton Keynes Community Cardio-pulmonary Group
Winners of the King's Award for Voluntary Service 2024
We are a local charity group established in Milton Keynes in 1989.
We offer a safe environment for people with cardiac conditions and/or COPD to exercise, overseen by qualified British Association of Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation (BACPR) teachers.
The Group meets every week and has an exercise programme directly related to those who have had the type of problems described above. It also provides an opportunity to socialise with people who have had similar problems.
The volunteers of Milton Keynes Community Cardio-pulmonary Group are proud recipients of the The King’s Award for Voluntary Service for 2024. This is the highest award a local group of volunteers can receive in the UK and is equivalent to an MBE.

We are proud to announce that MKCCG have been nominated and won the vote to be awarded as
Redway Runners Charity of the year for 2026/27.
Congratulations!
Thank you to Redway Runners for the nomination and to all those who voted for us.
We are all very excited and look forward to working with them and supporting their events.
